Huda Bidiwala also trading badly as Micro_Deals, still thieving!

I just recieved this message on MySpace, from a guy who has also been ripped off by Huda Bidiwala, now trading as Micro_Deals, apparently. Correct me if I'm wrong.

From: Quay
Date: 19 Jun 2007, 22:43

I recently had a problem with this seller : micro_deals_uk

I recently won a *NEW* 120 GB 2.5" External HDD Hard Disk Drive USB 2.0, from this seller.
I paid instantly and then about half an hour later I receive a email from ebay informing that the ebay listing has been removed.
And also the ebay seller is " no longer a registerd" and I have contacted him through this email addy

hudabidiwala@aol.com but also the seller has another email addy on paypal which is , micro_deals_uk@yahoo.co.uk.

I just got advice from the ebay forums I should file a dispute to paypal asap, but from my research it seems that its very difficult to get a refund back. And also from reading this page you created they are very unhelpful. >___<

sorry to hear about your problems.

Huda Bidiwala is a Thief

I am dedicating this new blogsite to Huda Bidiwala, who trades on ebay as digits_n_numbers. I’m going to add Helen at ebay here too. Huba Bidiwala is a thief, and Helen is an accessory to the theft.

The story in short, is that I purchased an item on ebay, and it didn’t work. I contacted the seller, Huda Bidiwala, and he sent me instructions which would have resulted in me formatting the hard-drive of my Sony Viao. He then arranged collection of the item, (and supplied me with a phoney collection number… which is therefore untraceable), and refuses to answer mail from PayPal, FedEx, Ebay, or Myself. Paypal is refusing to follow up on this, Helen is to blame, if she really exists… They say that they can’t trace the phoney FedEx number… I told them it was phoney. It’s been 4 months now, I have no external hard-drive and he’s kept my money, so I’m going to fight back, publishing this on all my blogsites, I’d like you to visit my Bebo, Myspace, etc, links, just to promote this in the google and yahoo websearch listings, ta,,,

Here is a history of the transaction….

Seller: digits_n_numbers (digitsnnumbers@googlemail.com)

Dear David Watson,

This email confirms that you, davypants!, have paid digitsnnumbers@googlemail.com 47.48 GBP using PayPal.

This credit card transaction will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *HBIDIWALA".

Dear Digits,

I've received the item an hour ago, but it appears to
have failed already. It was initially recognised on my
works computer, and allowed me to check the
properties, 37 gig on each drive. I stopped the drive
as per normal for USB devices and took it to another
office computer, which recognised that a new device
had been added and was ready for use, but did not show
the device on "My Computer". I stopped the device and
returned it to the first computer which also failed to
find it on "my Computer". I've brought it back to my
house and tried it on my laptop, a sony Viao, which
cannot find. The green light is lit, but no drive is
showing on any of 3 computers.

Any suggestions? I've tried installing from disc, to
no avail. All the computers run XP.

Cheers,

Davy

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us regarding this portable hard drive you
purchased from the seller "digits_n_numbers", item 250077564349. I
understand that you have received this item as faulty.

There's a couple of steps you can take now:

1) Talk to the seller
2) Report the seller to PayPal
3) Use the eBay Dispute Console

- Talk to the seller

At this stage, I recommend that you phone the seller and talk to them
about what's happened. It's likely you'll be able to work out a solution
together. Here's how to request their email address and phone number:

1. Click "Advanced Search" in the top right-hand corner of the eBay
homepage.
2. Click "Find Contact Information".
3. Enter the item number for the relevant purchase. You can find the
item number in My eBay. Click "Search".

We'll then send you an automatic email with the seller's contact
details. Please be aware that we'll send the seller your contact details
at the same time. We feel it maintains trust and fairness on eBay if
members are made aware when other members request their contact
information.

- Report the seller to PayPal

If you can't resolve things by talking to the seller, you should report
the seller to PayPal. You must do this within 45 days of payment.

eBay works closely with PayPal to help buyers resolve problems quickly
and effectively. PayPal will investigate any complaint about a sale
where PayPal was used to send payment.

If the listing showed the PayPal shield logo under "Buy safely" on the
item page, you may be eligible for up to £500 under PayPal Buyer
Protection. Even if not, you may still be able to receive up to £105
reimbursement via PayPal under the eBay Standard Purchase Protection
Programme.

To find out more and to open a dispute, copy this link into a new
browser window and click on "PayPal Buyer Protection":

http://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/protections-buyer-outside

If more than 45 days have passed since your payment, you won't be able
to file a Buyer Protection claim with PayPal. However, we encourage you
to report this member to PayPal so they can make a note on the seller's
PayPal account. Then follow the steps described below.

- Use the eBay Dispute Console

If the seller doesn't send you the item or a refund, and you're not able
to file a claim with PayPal, you should file an "Item Not Received" or
"Item Not as Described" dispute in My eBay. You must do this within 60
days of the end of the listing.

The eBay Dispute Console provides a structured and impartial way to
manage this type of problem with a seller. Note that if you open a
dispute within 45 days, you will be redirected to PayPal as this was
your payment method.

If you aren't eligible to receive reimbursement via PayPal, you may
still be able to file a claim under eBay's Standard Purchase Protection
Programme. Filing a dispute is the first step in this process. For more
information, copy the following link into a new browser window:

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/tp/inr-snad-process.html

What will eBay do about this seller?

Your complaint has been noted and, if appropriate, we will take action
against the seller to ensure eBay remains a fun, safe place to shop.
However, as it's important
that eBay maintains member privacy, we can't share details of the action
we take.

I'm sorry this transaction has caused you undue concerns. I sincerely
hope this information is helpful as you try to resolve this situation.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Kind regards,
Kathryn Spratt
eBay Trust & Safety

I have reported you to ebay and have received advice
to report you to paypal. I will give you 24 hours to
respond to this message before proceeding.

Dear Valued Customer,

We had requested Fedex for pick up. Kindly let us know whether pick up is done or not. If they haven?t done so Please contact them at 08456070809 quoting your pick up reference number CTRL# 313007196 so they can arrange pick up again.

Thank you for your understanding

Sincerely

Picked up yesterday, 15th March

Dear Digits.

Your product was collected from me on 15th March, by fedex as arranged by yourself, see below for tracking number. You have not credited me with the refund, or replaced the item, or responded to my mail, yet again. I've reopened the dispute with paypal again, today.

It is not acceptable that you ignore your mail, and I will not permit you to keep my money without a rplacement item. I hope that you will not require me to escalate this matter further, my brother-in-law has recently qualified as a barrister and is looking for work and keen to pursue this matter in order to corner a legal markety for himself. He believes that matters similar to this may be an opportunity for him to make a name for himself and provide a regular income. He, like myself, is committed to fair play and great believer in honesty. The transaction between ourselves is well documented with ebay, paypal and in my email from you. He is keen to pursue this further, but I am offering you a FINAL OPPORTUNITY to rectify this, on the basis that your reputation appears otherwise to be good, and that this may be a genuine mistake.

Regards,

Davy
You still have not resupplied the item. You have the returned defective item. You still have my money, I have reopened the case with Paypal.

Do you require a further escalation before you are able to resolve this matter?

Davy

Since you have not responded to any of my mail, replaced the item or refunded my money, I am now placing a page dedicated to you containing a full history, copied from email and ebay records, on blogspot, myspace, bebo, SkypeIM, YahooIM and MyspaceIM. I will build a Myspace Group for you as well. I have already created 3 blogposts on the first 3. You are now searchable through Google and Yahoo. Try searching for "digits_n_numbers, eaby, paypal", and you will find that the first hit will be one of my sites, not one of yours. I jest not!

Dear Customer,

Please provide your Full name ebay item number, payment date (paypal), purchase date and your ebay user id so that we can check with our records.

Please note due to high volume of email/messages, all incoming emails are periodically deleted, once we reply. Kindly mention your original message again when you reply to us.

Sincerely,

These are the ebay details: from your despatch to me.

This is a copy of your email to me regarding collection:

I have contacted Fedex and they have a record of the collection from me, but this reference number is invalid, you sent the wrong collection number. They are able to verify collection from me. I will not accept the theft of my money, and will continue to build web-sites and links to shame you and your company.I am disgusted with your refusal to answer my mail, and I also will publish your instructions to format my hard-drive: I quote:

"Dear Customer,

If I had been less experienced I would have ended up completely formatting my hard-drive on my laptop. Since your drive was not showing, the only one wasmy laptop hard-drive. I had informed you of this. I am perfectly willing to copy all messages that I have sent to you, ebay and paypal, along with your responses and lack of responses to a dedicated site on MySpace, Paypal, Blogspot, create a page on YahooIM, MySpaceIM, Skype and will continue to until this is resolved to my satisfaction. You are the only eBayer that has pissed me off, and I assure you that I will not allow you to steal my money without action on my part. I don't allow that kind of behaviour. I shall be dedicating this next weekend to building sites defaming you if this is not resolved by then. I have been waiting for resolution since January 30th, 4 months ago. I am disgusted.

Davypants!
Dear David Watson,

Thank you for contacting us in relation to the status of your Buyer
Complaint (PP-258-309-076).

PayPal understands your concern and desire to resolve the dispute in
question. However, once a claim has been cancelled, it is considered
resolved and cannot be reopened.

Should you have the need to file another claim in the future, we suggest
that you do not cancel the claim until you have received the merchandise
or a refund.

We encourage you to continue to work with the seller for a mutual
resolution. You can seek other avenues of resolution such as an auction
website if one was used to conduct this transaction. We value your
business and regret that you have had this experience. To avoid similar
experiences in the future, we recommend that you read our dispute
resolution policy by clicking the "Legal Agreement" link at the bottom
of any PayPal webpage and click "User Agreement".

It is my pleasure to assist you. Thank you for choosing PayPal.

Sincerely,
Megan
Protection Services Department
PayPal, an eBay Company

I have not closed the dispute, you have. He is not responding to your mail, my mail, fedexs mail. He has stolen the money. I am going to add this message to several websites that I am dedicating to this seller, showing the incompetence of ebay and paypal in protecting buyers from fraudulent sellers.

Your name, Megan, will appear on Skype, MySpace, Bebo, YahooIM, MySpaceIM as being completely disinterested in dealing with the case, which is practically and effectively condoning his theft, accessory perhaps.

Disgusted.

D

Since I promised them that I would dedicate a webpage to them all, I’ll do it. You’ll find the links, and I’d like you to click on them, just to make them popular, and therefore make them google/yahoo main hits for Huba Bidiwala and digits_n_numbers, and warn other folk about him, maybe teach him a lesson.

Thanks everyone for reading, I don’t like to be a bore…

Regards,

Davy
